Policy

Collections: We will try our best to meet your required time however we do allow our drivers an hour gap from your booking time to allow for traffic and delays. If this isn't going to work, please get in touch and we will try our best to accommodate your needs. Minimum charges: Wash, dry & fold and Ironing services are subject to a minimum charge of £25. Cancellation Period: You can cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled collection. Any appointments that are cancelled after this time frame will be required to pay a £25 fee to cover the pre-booked space. Deliveries: Laundry is returned next day. Morning deliveries are between 8am-11:30am. Payment: We accept cash or card as payment. Payment is made upon delivery. How it is processed: All wet wash laundry is washed at 40 degree's and tumble dried. We accept no responsibility for shrinkage in the tumble drier as all items are dried in the tumble. We also accept no responsibility for colour run. All laundry is laundered as bagged to us, please separate your laundry before collection in multiple bags if this is a concern for you.
